Photo Size
It is best to resize the photos before loading them to the web site. In most cases 500 - 800 pixels wide is good for the site. Pick the size based on the placement on the site.

If the photo is larger then the preset upload setting, the server will resize the photo, however, the results may not be as nice and the upload takes much longer

Optimization
When saving the photo, an quality optimization setting of 85% is normally best.

: no symbols, no's, no extra periods ... may use underscores ... 40 character limit
